Deplyement of Activex in Internet Explorer
Hello,
I'm using VBScript for the first time, i have found a problem in the deployment
of an Activex.
My Activex Control has a method declared as follows :
long function1 ( BSTR FAR* Param1, BSTR FAR* Param2, long FAR* Param3)
When i used Visual Basic i encountered no problems :
Dim Param1 As String
Dim Param2 As String
Dim Param3 As long
Res = MyActiveX1.function1(Param1, Param2, Param3)
But using VBScript i have a problem, the script i wrote is the following :
...
...
Dim Param1
Dim Param2
Dim Res
Dim Param3
Res= MyActiveX1. function1(Param1, Param2, Param3)
...
An error occured "Incompatible Type"
It seems that VBScript don't handle pointers, Is there any solution to that problem.
Thank you for help.
