ok i dont know much about c but i am trying to make an aplication that will exec this url without opening IE or some other browser.

does anyone know how i can make this?

i would like to be able to have these arguments..

-h for hostname
-u for username
-p for password

could you either recomend a site to look at or help me? thanks!
