Does anyone know how to install the Client for Microsoft Network Component on Win2000??

Basically, I'm running VB6 on Win2000 and when I place an ActiveX control onto a form within the IDE this error pops up when you try and run it.

I've been on the Microsoft knowledge base and it's a known bug and the solution for Win2000 is to install the Client for Microsoft Network component and reboot. It doesn't explain how to do this. My machine isn't on a network which I suppose is why it didn't get installed in the first place.

Can anyone help???
