    Question One Exe multiple users

    Hi,

    I am developing a vb.net application, I need to store this executable in one place on a shared drive & there are 3-5 users who can access this executable. which is the best way to do it? as i don't want the users to update the database at the same time. How can i specify the add/update/delete method to the user who logs in first & rest of the users will have just the view ability till the first user logs out.
