If it checks out experimentally, this will revolutionize our understanding of the universe.

Read "Flatland" by Edwin Abbott. Here is a link: http://www.geom.umn.edu/~banchoff/Flatland/ It shouldn't take more than 2 hours to read, and it's fascinating, though a bit redundant. The incredible part is that in the 1880 this guy was already discussing what is so recently a big thing. I read this book a few years ago, and liked it, and it makes complete sense. With this stuff on gravity being weak because of multiple dimensions, I am not surprised at all. It is quite likely in fact.

I have often thought that there is a larger dimension, but there is no way to conceptualize it. Read the book. It makes perfect sense.
