I'm looking for some artists to help me and my friend in graphics design for our C++ game. We would greatly appreciate anybody who would like to volunteer for this project. We won't be really starting this project for quite some time - we just want to get a good feel for who's willing to help.
We're also looking for information on 3D graphics design programs and what to use to design the graphics for this game. I was thinking something like 3D Studio Max or something similar, but that gets pretty spendy. :\ If anybody has a list of programs off the top of their head ranging from pretty nice to a bit cheaper, that would be great.
We will be designing stuff like animals, people, and what not if that helps any.
