I'm not quite sure if anyone will know this but it is a hardware kind of question so I hope so.
I have a hifi out of which my output wires go into my computer. The problem is is that when I try and record to my computer its always in mono. Do I need to buy a special sound card that has stereo input or am I doing something wrong. I have the usual three sockets on the back (Pink - Microphone, Blue - Input, Green - Output), so which should I plug my input into to get stereo, or do I need a special sound card?

for me , I use Jet-Audio , it records in MP3 and .Before this you should enable Line-in in your sound card !
