creating sub domain on fly

Hi Friends,
How can i create the sub domain during the run time.
Suppose I have a DNS called xxxx.com Now
I want to make a sub domain called vetti.xxxx.com
and this
I want to writh DNS scripting at run time..
Please let me know if u have any solution.
