AAAHHH!!!!!!!

I hate Dell!!!!
I just got this new computer from them and started putting games into it. After about a month of use it started freezing and crashing about 3-4 times a day.

"It's probably all the games I put in it," I say, "just tell me how to reformat it."

So I reformat it, clearing out everything on there and putting it back to it's factory standard. But alas, it's still screwed up!

What to do...

Would it be worth the trouble of getting a replacement?

I've changed my mind, I LOVE DELL!!!!

It turns out that the problem actually was that since I had tried to save money I didn't order certain peripherals, such as the monitor and printer, and used my old ones instead. Then when I first started it up it didn't install them correctly and read them as generic, and this built up larger problems, along with the fact that my startup was PACKED.

Well, I reformatted with tech support on the line to talk me through it and now it's working even better than when I first had it! Then the max res I could get was 1024x768@24bit color, right now I'm running at 1280x1024@24bit color! A BIG improvement over what I was using at first.

Well, just wanted to say thanks/sorry to Dell, and a special thanks/sorry to the guy that stayed on the line for an hour past the time he was supposed to get off to help me.
