    How can I make my Usercontrol's BackStyle Transparent just like a Label??

    Greetings Every1,
    I have made a userControl which has a pixtureBox in it. I'm printing some text in the PictureBox. I want to know how can I make my UserControl's BackStyle Transparent just like a standard VB Label. Any method will do, using API but it must work. Thanx in advance.
    If Not VB Then Exit
