Can you create access databases with visual basic 6

Yes no problems
Look under Addins. The Jet database engine, basically gives you Access functionality in a cut down version sort of a way.
Are you asking about generating Tables/Data Dictionaries etc programmatically??????If so the answer is also yes.

Actually dead easy
Go to the Addins option from the top menu, and it's the first or second option depending on your setup. Select new database and it will give you the option of Access. Select that, create a couple of tables and save.
Now open Access, locate your database, and away you go.
