Im recieving this error on my one applicationtion that was working

parser error message:Can not access file 'myobject' becasue it is being used by another process. Im imaging that something has locked my componet out. Because if I delete this and redeploy it will start to work again. Anyone have a clue why this happens and how to avoid it from happening?
