Threads in vb

I have been developing web servers for a couple of months now... and i see all these "multi-thread" servers... well does anyone know how to do threads in vb? Delphi has a control for it =( also.. does anyone have refrence documents for winsock.dll?

here is a good example on how to use multi-threading in VB
i hear microsoft is going to make multi-threading as easy as it is set up in Java in VB7? bout time.
