I have been asked to add Outlook features to my web application.

The users want to be able to record all emails made on the site to be recorded in Outlook and have all incoming emails directed to the addresse's inbox.

I am not asking anyone to solve this for me but could anyone point me towards any good resources.tutorials on the web. Also, are there any books on the subject?
