Books for learning
Does anyone have any suggestions on what books are good for beginning Visual C++, C++, or C# (and .NET versions also) are great for beginners. I do some web development and VB 6 development but want to broaden my horizons.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Not to sure what books to recommend you, but if you want to learn VB.Net and C#.Net, I really like this guys videos:
www.learnvisualstudio.net
It is only 15 dollars and you can actually see what is going on as he teaches it. Seems to teach me more than books do, and costs less. There are a lot videos on a lot of different subjects.
