Good graphic programs

I am looking for some good and easy programs that i can make graphics on, i have vb.net and i do not want to spend much money on it. Thanks.

I think PSP has a fully legal trial download for unlimited time. Or at least it used to have.

Photoshop has the unlimited time free download, but you will need to get a bunch of filters just to bring it up to the full version level. You also have to print screen and paste, because there is no saving option.

Yes Paint Shop Pro has a 30 or 60 days trial verison you can download. And last time I was at their page they had PSP v3.0 for free to download. That is a good start too....

or you could download Direct Connect Plus Plus *wink*;) ... you can get nice programs over there for free :)

PSP7 is a fully adequate graphics program, you can get a 60 day trial for it (it actually expires), but it's a good investment at only $80 CAD or so. Also, the trial comes with Animation Shop 3 (non-expiring), for GIF and AVI animations ;) (but it's slow!).
