    Question A "good" grid control...?

Is there a grid control easy to use, like MS Excel, with abillity to lock columns, permit only numbers in a column, etc?

    Thanks.

These seem to be the most popular and have all been around for quite some time. There is lots of info on the net if you want to compare their strengths and weaknesses.

www.componentone.com has the True DBGrid and the VSFlexGrid.

www.infragistics.com has the Ultra Grid and Data Widgets.

    www.janusys.com has the GridEX.

I use iGrid, it is the nicest grid I've come across and you couldn't ask for better support. You can learn about iGrid at:
