Out of memory problem - run time error 07
Hi,
I was testing my program with a friend over the internet, but after he installed the program and tried to launch it, he said he received a run time error 07 saying he ran out of memory. His computer has at least 128 MB of RAM, so how could he run out of memory so fast?

Had he recently rebooted or was he doing somethign earlier like playing games? I know that even if I just surf the web for an hour or two playinga few java games, (10 ) I end up running out of memory as soon as i launch vb and try to code something as simple as hello world.

Had the same problem running an app on a machine w/o Microsoft Office installed. Check out the following link:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;241245
It has to do with a .dll file included with Office; their suggestion is to either install a version of Microsoft Office (go figure), or remove the reference to the FM20.dll file when you package your app for installation.
Hope this helps...
