I have seen the MS Agent Tutorial.
What about using Help Files and creating context sensitive help? There must be an Easier tool to use then the VB Help workshop!!

Now days, some companies are replacing their *.hlp files with HTML Help Files. You can download the HTML Help Workshop.
You can get it by Clicking here

The Nice Thing about HTML help is that you can put anything it it that you would put in a normal HTML file. If you want to use Agents in a help file, that would be the way to go. HTML help is also much easyer to make because every page is a seporate file. No more RTF files!!!!
If you need any assistance on creating HTML files, drop me a line, [email protected]
