VS.NET Academic
When I received my VS.NET Academic Version, it came with a Knowledge Pack that has two disks – one is a DVD and the other is a CD Rom.
I cannot seem to get them the Cd to work and do not have a DVD Drive.
When I launch the SETUP.EXE, I get the UNKNOWN Program Error, when I Select the Open with and choose VS.NET it allows me to view the files but cannot operate the Apps.
I can also look at the files if I use Explorer.
There must a way to install the software. The file that tries to run is a defualt.hta
Anyone know how to use it?

I had some problems simular to this when installing the .NET framework on my arcade cabinet. (win98) I just right clicked on the files, and Extracted them. Then installed.. Not sure if that will help you.. DVD drives are rather cheap these days. Just saw one for $50USD the other day..
12/32/84 - I need some code to make me a sandwhich.

The knowledge pack is probably additional help files. Since the current ones that ship with .NET are so horrid, additional ones are a mixed blessing. A good book will serve better.
