problem with an example in Karl Moores book

Hiya,

I am having problems getting the first ASP.net example working in Karl Moore's book. It the one that starts on page 155.

I get the following error from IE when i try to run it...

"The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file 'C:\Documents and Settings\Nick\My Documents\pets.mdb'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data. "



Seems obvious i know but no-one else has the file open and i am trying it logged in as admin so should have the right permissions.

Any one any idea's?

I *believe* that error occurs because the MDB(or the folder it's in) is read-only. Been a while since I've used Access DBs so I'm not placing any bets.
