Progress Bar in Modal Form
Hi,
Got some really neat exercise which was given to me by a VB guru , and have shown me the specs of the simple program
FORM1 -- would contain the processing
FORM2 -- would contain the progress bar and shown as MODAL
As we all know whenever a MODAL form is shown , all of the other activities on active forms would be totally STOPPED, but i saw the COMPILED version ,and it's really working.
COULD THIS BE DONE IN A CONVENTIONAL WAY OF VB PROGRAMMING? OR PERHAPS THERE ARE OTHER POSSIBLE WAYS WHICH IS BEYOND THE REACH OF A TYPICAL VB PROGRAMMERS?
Hope u'll have some views on this matter since the idea of this simple exercise would be very useful on deploying common processes.
