HELP with putting a access database on the internet and accessing it in a vb program

hi everybody, i need help.
i have a vb application, and i am trying to save a access database (just one table) on my website, i don't know how to do it.
can somebody show me an example of coding a program
running on a pc, and putting/getting records on a website.

also how can i check the dial-up-connection phone-number that it is being dialed.

Henri,
when you say you are trying to "save an access database", do you mean you are trying to add records to an existing database, or you want to create tables in access, then write to them?
