how to create a toolbox in run time

Hello

I want to have a toolbox in my application in run time. i want to add controls to that toolbox. i have to drag the controls from the tool box and drop them in the form. It is exactly like what we are doing in Vb in the Design time, i want to do in the run time.

I do not have any idea on this, if you have any idea like where to start with, just kindly answer in this forum so that we all can learn one more good thing.
