How can i receive a mail, when the reciver clicks on the link!???

Hi!
I Sent a message to one user.
After the user receiving my mail, When he/she clicks on the link to open the file i sent, i wanted to recive a mail...from him/her..

How to do it using SMTP in VB form..

Plese send me the solution using VB code...
I'm able to sending messages to user, with out a problem usingSMTP.

So, can anybody help me to solve this...
