    WEB Forms Not Compiling

    when I compile C# programs which require Win Forms..
    ‘Metafile’- -------. Dll not found on this System’- message is shown…
    How this Problem Could be Solved
    I Had The Frame Work & Compiler Versions As…

    Microsoft Visual C# .NET Compiler Version 7.00.9466
    For Microsoft ® .NET Framework Version 1.0.3705
    Please Help

    Try reinstalling the .NET Framework.
