    P4 Underclocked [RESOLVED]

    Why is my brand new P4 2.4 GHz Laptop reporting an internal clock speed of 1.8 GHz?

    The name string (which is just text) says 2.4, but both rt click properties and a utility I have say that the speed is 1.8 GHz ...

    WHats up with that?
