Is there a way to return all mailboxes associated with a particular instance of Outlook?

Ie: Each of us have our personal email account here on the exchange... My partner and I also have a number of secondary email accounts which are not assigned to anyone in particular but are a sort of basket to hold emails of a partiular type, so that someone could email [email protected] to put in for a change of address.

Basically I'm creating a program which will allow us to open more than one of these mailboxes in the same screen rather than the single mailbox that Outlook98 allows you to open.
