Telephone ??
I am currently writing an online help desk where customers can go online and log calls/faults.
The problem is that my client has just asked me to somehow incorporate telephony within the site.
They want administrators to be able to autodial from a database.
Someone has mentioned a technology called PBX. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
