DCPromo & got this User/Password error ProcessModel error on Config file

My ASP.NET apps & web services were allright
until I upgrade my W2K Server to a DC. Then,
all troubles start to arise...I check the
Event Viewer and get this error message :

"aspnet_wp.exe could not be launched because the username and/or password supplied in the processModel section of the config file are invalid."

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Don't, .NET is great !!
All software has bugs. MS software doesn't have more bugs in general, but it's used more .....
