I'm trying to use the AnimateWindow API to hide/show several forms with a bunch of controls on them. It seems to work fine, but the forms don't load right. It's like the controls fail to initialize or something. Large areas of the forms are black or blank, and some controls don't show up correctly or are distorted. I tried playing with AutoRedraw and ClipControls in the form setup, and different settings for the AnimateWindow arguments, and nothing works. I'm using Windows 2000, by the way. I know AnimateWindow only works on Windows 2000/98. Some people from the forum have mentioned that AnimateWindow doesn't work very well. Please help me on this one! Thanks!
