I dunno exactly what you want to do, but you can pull up visual basic controls in Excel and use the check box from there.

Goto View->Toolbars->Visual Basic and then pull up the control box.

    Hope this helps

    Hi,

I tried with adding the visual basic controls, but that doest not fit into the excel cell. It just floats over the cells.

    Any other suggestions????

    thanx anyway.

    Thanks and Regards,
    Venkat.
