i have access 2002 database and i dont have licence for 2002 and i am in need of convert that mdb to 2000 or 97 (office) Can anyone help me.

If you have the Access 2002 software, you should be able to save the database as an Access 2000 Db.

Use database convertion which available in Access 2002.
in access 2002 main menu

Select Tools & Database utilities & Convert Database &
To Access 97 file format
