.Net Installation

Hello All,

I m working in VB 6.0 and want to upgrade to VB.Net

I need some installaiton tips of VB.net .. have VB 6.0 installed currently on a Win 98 machine... any ideas or suggestions would be welcomed.

I'm not sure what you are asking but VB6 and .NEt run fine installed side-by-side, but the .NEt IDE doesn't install to Windows 98 so you'll need to upgrade your OS.

ok let's say you've upgraded your OS to (2000 or XP) then do the following :
1-insert CD1 to install .NET Framwork ,you will be prompted to insert the CD that contains that component .It's CD5.
2-just follow write serial and so on ... till you get your VB.NET installed .
