Creating A Modified Program Manager

I am trying to make a program using VB.NET that on a click of a button, closes out some annoying programs that run everytime my computer turns on. IE: Kazaa, and suff like that. If anyone knows how I could go about doing this please reply. Please be specific and thorough too because im kinda a N00b at vb.net.

Most of those annoying programs your talking about have options that you can set. Most of the time one of the options is Start on Startup or something like that. Uncheck it, it won't start anymore. I know Kazaa has that option, I have done it before. AIM has it also...etc...

You don't need an application to stop these...
