Slow Installation
hello
I have a small program which contains about 100
small wav files (each size lis ess than 100KB)
I used VBs Package and deployment program
to create an installation files
Problem is when it starts to Install the wav file the
installation drags (Progress bar shows it is installing wav files)
The program once installed works perfectly fine. problem is
that it takes about Half an hour to install it any suggestion
is appreciated.
Please Help Each other.

Absolutely no idea whatsoever. But never ever use the built-in Package & Deployment Wizard. Use a third party setup software, eg. INNO SETUP at http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php

Yes I am aware of INNO Setup
i also like its capability to create
a shortcut on the desktop
but i had some problem with INNO Setup(i do not remember what it was)
which forced me to use the package and deplyment Wiz.
Please Help Each other.

Ok..... I U already have not, have a look at their FAQ for VB Applications. I believe they have one.
