How can i turn this "name" into these HEZ numbers ??

Beta User = 1AC78 - 23D1B - 83EAD - A21B9

All i know is that the "name" part cannot be bigger
than 64 letters..
And That the HEX rows comes in 5 and five...

Is there an easy way to figure this out?
Can anyone make an app that does this

and if you write in something else like "kebab" then
it will output another
hex row like xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
