What happens when you try to set the web references? Do you get an error? If so what error? Is there something else that happens? Did you remake the references?
Instead of making a new project and then adding the existing forms try copying the project (the part in the projects folder and in the web folder) to the new machine. You may need to open up the solution file as text and change some paths.

the problem already exists
we copied the part in the projects folder and in the web folder to the new machine. we also checked the pathes, but i think they are ok. when we want to start it, then following error message appears:
server error in '/' application.
configuration error (which should mean a lot...)
parser error message: it is an error to use a section registered as allowDefintion=MachineToApplication' beyond application level. this error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.
source error:
-->
<authentification mode="windows"/>
but the project folder, which is called Auftragsverwaltung is already registered in iis - standard websites.
plz help us, it's important for our school project.
thanks a lot
