    Am Sure There Is But i Dont know personally....is there more to vb than just creating databases and vb for personal use?
    i dont mean to sound like a lamer but i really dont know...
    can anyone list computer jobs that would use vb besides databases.

    Maybe internet stuff? Im not exactly sure but maybe. After I think about it, vb is mostly used for databases.

    So i Guess Programming games and stuff along those lines would be for someone thats a expert at c++?.

    Unhappy (¯'-.,_( Gettin string by index from combo outside app with API

    i no there is a CB_GETITEMDATA function but i just cant figure out how to use it. I tried editing the function for listbox but it just wont werk. Please help out if u can.

    PS- im new to this forum.....or any forum
