Advanced GUI components

Where can I find GUI components like those found in Developer Studio like floating/dockable toolbars, floating/dockable toolboxes and tabbed documents?

I've found these non-comercial, freeware components:

but, doesn't Microsoft have their own?

I want it to be OS version independent.

I imagine that MS does have their own, but they haven't shared with us yet. I believe the tools found at that link are OS independant.

Yes they are. But not fully funtional.

By the way: Where are the API documents from the 289 products Microsoft revealed due to the atitrust process? Maybe I could find there all these nice components... :p
