Is there a way of controlling and coping all outgoing email's sent over Outlook Express?
PS: i bet it will be megatron who will answer first. I love u men )

I'm not megatron
anyway, I'm sure there's an easier way but the only thing I can think of is to check the outgoing packages from the TCP buffer.
This should be possible with one of the thousands of Winsock apis...

Is it a solution make a program to control the mail port?
Well, I have to learn the mail headers..
