Well - CHECKING Net Services Status
I use Express to send email using my hotmail account. I was wondering if there would be a way to query the status of NET Services before sending?

Well....I'm wondering if you mean whether there is an active connection to the Internet, or whether an existing connection is not "clogged"...?

Well
Internet connection I check for already. But about half-hour ago, I try sending email. It tells me (thru Outlook error) that there are problems with hotmail server. I then try logging in to MSN Messenger. It tells me the server is too busy, and to try later. What I would like to know is if a test can be performed to determine the status of what Microsoft calls "Net Services - HOTMAIL and MSN Messenger"

I've been looking around, and I cannot find anything. Sorry.
I did find one interesting MSK article, that said if you cannot connect to MSN and are getting a server busy error, then you need to install more memory and a bigger hard drive in your computer!
Go figure!
