    2D Graphics in DirectX

    Can anyone help me as I am trying to either find a 2D DirectX Engine or some tutorials so I can make my own.
    I have a lot of experiance with VB but not a lot with using DirectX so a Engine would probably be best but if I can't get one I don't mind making my own.
