"Popupmenu frmMain.mnuOnlineStatus" thing..

Hey ya, if i use this code:

Popupmenu frmMain.mnuOnlineStatus

To notify people of buddies logging On and Off,
Would i be able to make it Popup on the bottom right of the screen, and disappear after a couple of seconds,

Like the Yahoo! Messenger one does,
Or will i need to use a new frm?

Also, If i use a new frm, How do i make it load at the very bottom of the screen,

But "Sit ontop of" the TaskBar ? (and if theres a frm showing already, it sit ontop of dat one, etc)
