vbAccelerator RTF Box workover
The problem with RTF Boxes is that if you insert, add or amend text by program code you have to laboriously select it and apply formatting after the whole box is complete. Very messy!
I have amended the vbAccelerator RTF Box (based on RICHEDT20.DLL) to allow embedded codes in the text to apply formatting. This lets you ouput (e.g. DB records) formatted with Bold, italic, etc and also superscript, subscript, some paragraph spacing, highlighted text and other goodies.
I fixed several bugs in the vbAccelerator, but have introduced some new ones of my own with the new features. (I should be working for Microsoft)
One bug in particular means that the text that contains embedded format codes must start with \BackColor-1 to ensure the background is transparent (otherwise it is black)
The project is 400K zipped, and is available via email.
I would appreciate comments and help.
Thanks
