    Burning Cue/Bin files

Is it ok if I extract a .Bin file to my hard disk (with WinIso) and then burn it with Nero? does it make a difference?
one thing that I'm noticing... what is MODE1, or MODE2 for burning? these cue files have either mode1 or mode2

also, I have a .Bin file, it's weird. It is about 790 MB and when I open it to disk (with WinISO), it gets 610MB, why is it like this
