I cant figure out how to open this file INETCPL.CPL. If you put it in the run dialog box in windows you will see it opens up the Internet Options dialog. Thats what I want to do but I cant figure out how to launch this. Ive tried shellexecute with api ive tried shell "start INETCPL.CPL" and still it doesnt work..Any help?
