How to change Fontsize of browsed contents

How to change Fontsize of browsed contents,when programe browser software with webbrowser control,just like IE?

I would also like to know how to do this.. IE gives you options to change it from Big To medium to small and etc. under the View menu and I cant find any documentation on how they have done this. Also I would like to know how to show the "Internet Options" using the control as well. Which in IE is under the Tools menu. Alot of stuff about the webbrowser control is left blank by microsoft. I have the reference link for the commands, events, properties but they dont give you much info that helps.
