how to add values from textboxes to datagrid

hi all,

i have 3 textboxes, empno, lastname and firstname and a datagrid in a form. My question is how do you add data from 3 input textboxes to the datagrid at runtime. The datagrid has 3 columns, empno, lastname, firstname.
