CSV import in MySQL

I have phpMyAdmin installed and or some reason the CSV import doesn't work. I know this isn't the right forum, but could anyone help? Like tell me the command to import a txt file into a table thru a script?

I think I've seen this asked before. It might be worth it to search and see if you can pull it up.
